• Standard delivery times range from 3 to 4 days after dispatch.

3. Same-Day Delivery (Mumbai)

• Same-day delivery is available for select products within Mumbai.

• This service is applicable only for prepaid orders.

• Orders must be placed before the specified cutoff time for same-day delivery eligibility.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer a Cash on Delivery option for your convenience.

• An additional charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders.

5. Delivery Attempts

• If the customer is unavailable to accept the parcel, we will make up to three delivery attempts.

• Notifications will be sent to the customer via email and WhatsApp before each delivery attempt.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp to monitor your package in real-time.
